Tenative prison tours, 2009-2010

Students MUST be a member in good standing of NIU-ACA to participate in the 
NIU-ACA prison trips.

We are currently exploring the following tours for late fall 2009 and 
spring, 2010:

--Assorted prison tours (Stateville, Pontiac, Dwight)
--Michigan City and Westville (Ind) - maximum and medium security prisons
--Salvation Army Community Corrections Center (December, Chicago)
--Cook County Jail (December)
--Metropolitan Corrections Center (Chicago - December or January)
--ACA Convention in Tampa (January 22-27, 2010)
--Spring: Exploring Thomson/E. Moline; Southern tour (Menard etc)
--Sociology Career Night 
--Potluck dinner (December)
--Planning for the ACA summer conference in Chicago (late July, 2010)
--and much more
